Here you can see a fleet of sailing ships and a new replica of medieval merchant and warships and many more, which is not incomparable.
But also rafts that are tied together and where people stand up and give a show at the best.
A spectacle that is second to none.
There are people everywhere on the water laughing and having fun.
Everything that can swim finds its place on the Sail Amsterdam.
There are so many people on the water that it almost seems possible to cross the water by jumping from boat to boat.
Sail Amsterdam is organized every 5 years and attracts 1.5 million visitors each time.
Sail Amsterdam traditionally starts with the sail in.  Thousands of ships accompany the Tall ships arriving the port from the sea.
Such as “Etoile du Roy”, “Statsraad Lehmkuhl”,  “Sedov”,  “Sagres III”,  “Noa Victoria”,  “Mir”, “Kruzenshtern“ and the „Half Moon” and many others.
